Shipping and delivery
Shipping cost within Austria & Germany:
We do not charge any shipping fees on our products for orders in the amount of EUR 49.– or more. Smaller orders are subject to flat shipping fees of EUR 4.90.
Shipping cost outside of Austria & Germany:
Regardless of the value of the goods ordered, we charge the following shipping fees:

Delivery by mail usually takes three to four business days. You will be notified by email once your goods leave our premises. This will include a tracking number which enables you to track your shipment online 24 hours after dispatch. Attention: Delivery from orders during a promotion period can take up to 10 working days, as noted in the promotions conditions and in the header during the promotion period.

Once we hand over your shipment to our parcel service provider, we will send you your tracking number by email. This can be used to check the current status of your shipment on the parcel service’s homepage and see where your package is at any time.
If you have not received your package within a week after having been notified of dispatch and it has not been deposited with your neighbors, please contact our customer service at email@example.com or call our service hotline at +43 1 795 10.
Should any technical or logistical issues necessitate partial shipments, we will only charge you once for any shipping costs that may arise. Following your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as the packages have left our warehouse, you will receive an email for each package with its respective tracking number. Our order system will automatically determine whether your purchase will be delivered in partial shipments.
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Unfortunately, customs regulation prevent us from delivering to any countries not listed and SWITZERLAND and GREAT BRITAIN. To purchase our products in Switzerland please visit www.petfriends.ch or www.meiko.ch.
